The expedition meets in Arisaig on the Saturday evening, well camp there and launch on the sunday morning from an adjacent beach.
We will be camping on Eigg that Sunday night with the luxury of toilets and a shower. The next 6 days are very much weather dependant but the aim is to paddle around Eigg then head across to Muck and then on to Rum, staying in the Dibidil bothy on the second night. The views from here are stunning, a photographers dream, on a clear day you can see the islands of Mull, Coll, Tiree, Iona and across on the mainland the mountains of Knoydart.
We will then be heading to the north-west of Rum to our second bothy which looks out to the Isle of Canna, the aim would be to stay here for 2 nights thus giving us a full day to paddle around Canna.
In the next 3 days we will paddle around most of Rum taking in the main village on the island, Kinloch Rannoch, then head back to Eigg.
All three islands have a small shop and an equally small pub, so there is the possibility of some social interaction with the locals
