When you place an order on our website you are submitting personal data to us. We will store this data so that we can process your order, keep in contact with you and give you the best possible service. This data may be shared with very limited third parties in order to fulfil your order, for example with the Celtic Paddles factory so that they can dispatch a custom paddle directly to you, or with the courier firm who will be delivering your order. This information includes your name, address and order details.
We will not sell, or make this data available to any other third party organisation. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Occasionally we may access publicly available information about you on the internet to assist in fraud prevention, or to verify your identity, for example if your address is not recognised by a delivery firm and needs to be confirmed.
We have an email mailing list for marketing purposes. You can ask to be unsubscribed from this list at any time, by contacting us by email or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the email newsletters you receive.
